Rockwood Park Conservatory Preservation
Attached to the Rockwood Mansion and Museum, Rockwood Park’s hidden gem is the Conservatory. Bathon Builders historically renovated and preserved this building, paying close attention to all of the ornate detail. Preservation included extensive architectural woodwork repairs, restoration to the doors and windows, and intricate painting to highlight the massive carpentry undertaking. Because Rockwood Mansion is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, Bathon Builders had to be prequalified for historic preservation of carpentry experience.
